Factoring

This service is aimed at fostering the working capital of small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). If a business (as supplier) is only able to enter into a contract with its clients/ customers under such conditions that the payment takes place after the delivery of the goods or the delivery of the services, by the marketing of the claims against the customers (factoring) the enterprise is able to obtain its money immediately and it is able to considerably improve its liquidity. Fundamental advantage of factoring financing compared to loan type financing is that in terms of the organization carrying out the factoring the major risk is mainly the customer, on the supplier side it is available for such small- and medium-sized enterprises, which could not get loans. A more favourable processing time is expected than in the case of loans.

Our company – also in order to terminate the go-round debts and to prohibit their development – commits to assume absolute guarantee for 80% of the factoring contract values entered into with banks or independent factoring houses, but by each enterprise up to a total of 2,8* billion HUF.

Based on the contracts entered into with the factoring houses, the businesses are able to enter into a contract for a factoring frame amount with the factoring house, and this is guaranteed by Garantiqa

The loan guarantee decreases the risk of the factor houses, therefore the costs of the businesses are factored more easily and at more favourable terms and conditions.

The guarantee criteria of factoring contracts and their fees are described by the Rules and Regulations and the Announcement.

* The maximum guarantee amount undertaken with respect to the transaction of a client depends on the counter-guarantee related to the transaction and the method of state aid.
