Tender guarantee

Surety guarantees to new EU grants are not available from Garantiqa Creditguarantee Co. Ltd. from the 1st of June, 2011.

  1. In cases of tiered grants under the same Subsidy Contract the applications for a guarantee enabling the beneficiary to call down the remaining amounts are not considered as new transactions and as such remain to be accepted.
  2. Applications for guarantee prolongations will also be admitted.
